This Privacy Policy explains how BLH Group, LLC d/b/a Lewis Howard Insurance Group ("Lewis Howard Insurance Group," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit AskLewisHoward.com (the "Site") or submit information through our forms, including the Pre-Launch Executive Registry. We are an independent risk advisory firm operating in the State of Florida.

  • Coverage interest or "exposure segment" (e.g., high-value homeowner, commercial windstorm, excess umbrella, association/multi-family)
  • Any details you include in a message, inquiry, or query field

Information from interactive tools. When you use the Florida Property Underwriting Profiler, we may process the selections you enter (such as coastal-proximity zone and roof-age tier) to display educational results. These tool selections are used to generate your on-screen results.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we may automatically collect limited technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, and referring page, through standard server logs and similar technologies.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your inquiries and provide the advisory information you request;
  • Add you to the Pre-Launch Executive Registry and send you the briefing and related updates;
  • Prepare for and follow up on a private strategic review or consultation;
