Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR INSURANCE QUOTE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Sponsor

Lewis Howard Insurance Group, a d/b/a of BLH Group, LLC, 1712 E Irlo Bronson, Saint Cloud, FL 34771 (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of Florida who are 18 or older at time of entry. Prize fulfillment is limited to Florida through The Auto Club Group. Employees of Sponsor and their immediate family and household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited.

3. Promotion Period

Begins October 20, 2026 at 1:00 PM Eastern Time and ends October 21, 2026 at 2:00 PM Eastern Time. These dates use Eastern Daylight Time (UTC−4).

4. How to Enter

Scan the QR code or visit www.AskLewisHoward.com/healthfair and complete the entry form, or fill out a paper entry card at Sponsor’s table during the event. Limit one entry per person. Entries that are incomplete, duplicated, or made by automated means are void.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive a one-year AAA Classic primary membership. Approximate retail value: $79. The prize is subject to AAA membership terms and eligibility rules. No cash or substitution, except Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if needed. Prize is not transferable. If the winner is already a AAA member, the prize may be applied as a one-year renewal, subject to AAA rules. Associate (household) memberships are not part of the prize. Any associate offer is provided by AAA, subject to AAA terms, and is available to new members only.

6. Drawing

One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on November 13, 2026 at 9 AM Eastern Time. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Notification

The winner will be contacted by phone and/or email within 2 business days of the drawing and must respond within 7 days, or an alternate winner may be selected.

8. Taxes

Any taxes on the prize are the winner’s responsibility.

9. No Insurance Obligation

Entry is not conditioned on purchasing any insurance product, requesting a quote, or meeting with an agent. Insurance purchases have no effect on eligibility or odds.

10. Privacy

Entry information is used to administer this promotion. Sponsor will contact entrants about insurance only if they checked the optional consent box. See the agency privacy notice.

11. General
